Aluminum foil tape production process

Aluminum foil tape is a kind of metal tape, mainly used in electromagnetic shielding, divided into electrical signal shielding and magnetic signal shielding two kinds, the electrical signal shielding mainly depends on the excellent conductivity of aluminum itself, and magnetic shielding requires copper foil tape conductive material "nickel" to achieve the role of magnetic shielding. The production process of aluminum foil tape includes the following steps:
1. Add the raw material of plastic particles to the film blowing machine and blow it into plastic film, the width is generally about 1.3m. According to the purpose of the tape, then choose different plastic particles and add some special additives.
2. After blowing the film, put the film on the coater to coat the glue. In fact, this process is mainly based on the viscosity and use of the aluminum foil tape. But the current width or 1.3m, the length of several hundred M with a large roll of plastic film, did not separate.
3. Next, we need to take the large roll of plastic film through a rewinding machine, and then rewind it into a small roll of film, which can be rewound according to the length of the aluminum foil tape we usually use.
4. Rewinding small film can be cut into the width required by the usual use of aluminum foil tape by slitting machine, such as 1CM wide or other widths. The link that has a great impact on the quality of aluminum foil tape production is blowing film and coating these two processes. Because these two processes come out of the semi-finished products, and then the rewinding and cutting of these aluminum foil tape is relatively small.
